Desert Love Community Development (DLCD) is a non-profit organization which has, over the past ten years, positioned itself for the development of a new State-of-the-Art Television and Film Studio, Our Neighborhood (ON) Studios. Start-up cost for ON Studios is estimated at $175,000,000 and will be used for property development, construction, design, local contracting, initial staffing and operations.
ON Studios will utilize approximately 30-acres of land with its Main Entrance itself being one of the studios most distinctive architectural features of the campus. Strategically located in one of the nations fastest growing metropolises, Dallas and Fort Worth, TX, ON Studios will serve as one of worlds largest and newest premier television and film production institutions completely fitted with the latest technology and every type of media service available. From three major hi-tech recording studios to an all new state of the art storyboard and animation production department, ON Studios is prepared to meet and surpass all media technology expectations.
With its unusual and elaborate campus, ON Studios will easily position itself among the great film studios of our time, offering an amazing and exciting environment not only to work in but to visit. It is destined to emerge as a major contender in the film, TV and music industry. ON Studios will stand for moral ethics. Not in any way compromising its integrity or character in order to fit in or please the mainstreams demands. The goals and intentions are to reintroduce decent, clean, moral and family entertainment back into our society while focusing on positive messages and outcomes.
This project has and will continue to generate exceptional excitement in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area and promises to extend and accelerate considerable influence in the TV, film and entertainment industry during the 21 century.
