Desert Love Community Development
Desert Love Community Development (DLCD) is a non-profit organization which has, over the past ten years, positioned itself for the development of the A.C.T.M.E. Foundation and a new State-of-the-Art Television and Film Studio (ON Studios).
We have been in the community development business for over 12 years and have been improving communities for many of those years. We are responsible for developing successful welfare-to-work programs, Adult Daycare Centers and assisting teen rehabilitation outreach programs in Southern California. We are now also in the state of Texas and are looking to embark on this major venture of reintroducing decent, clean and moral family programming and theater back into society while training and reequipping our young generation for the millenniums creative arts industry.
The ever-increasing entertainment business is craving for new and creative expressions and we believe the A.C.T.M.E Foundation & ON Studios is just the tool for unleashing that potential in the lives of well deserving students and artist's. We intend to help revive local high school arts programs, create career opportunities, offer student scholarships to a variety of performing arts schools and organizations around the country as well as create an on-campus internship program designed to equip talented students for the industry.
We are eager to take on this responsibility and we intend to make an undeniable mark in the theater, dance, film industry, the City of Fort Worth and in the lives of many gifted young people.
To ensure the growth and success of the A.C.T.M.E. Foundation & ON Studios, DLCD needs funding from those who would share the same vision and understand the need and importance of the Arts & Entertainment in this country. Therefore, we solicit your cooperation, sponsorship and/or donation.
We will host film festivals in major cities, establish inner-city feeding programs and present internship programs designed to catapult this industrys creationists into the next decade.
We are very excited to announce the introduction of the Our Neighborhood Studios, the worlds newest independent, non-profit television and film studio, which is to be located in the Fort Worth, TX area.
